Mr. Burley takes his students to a field trip. He asks the teenagers to pick their study buddies. Jake tries to to get to Gia, however ends up running into alternative students. Gia notices his attempts. Mr. Burley accidently runs into a rake. At the Warstar Ship, Admiral Malkor discovers the Toxic Beasts. He tells Vrak that they have new allies. Vrak incorporates a set up to convince new allies to assist them destroy the Power Rangers.
The teenagers enjoy their field trip. Emma and Noah fancy the break from their Ranger lives. Noah is pleased with their roles of Power Rangers. Emma notices the old factory from a distance. Noah mentions that the factory was closed down due to the pollution. He takes a sample for his label. Emma and Noah run back to the crowd after they hear a loud scream. Mr. Burley is stunned to see Bigfoot's footprints. Jake does not believe in the hoax. Troy remains inquisitive about the footprint. Bigs monitors the humans from a distance. Vrak (in his protective armor) keeps an eye on Bigs. At the highschool, the teenagers talk regarding Bigfoot as Noah analyzes the sample. Troy is worried concerning the Bigfoot. In a cave, Bigs and Bluefur set up their attack against the humans. Vrak introduces himself to the Toxic Mutants. He recruits them to defeat the Power Rangers. Back at the lab, Noah finds toxic chemicals in the sample. Emma tells Jake that Gia is headed to Ernie's Brainfreeze. Jake finds Gia near the lockers and pretends that he did not see her. They decide to go to Ernie's together. Tensou contacts the teenagers and interrupts their date chance. The Rangers arrive in the town to search out the monster attack. Hisser enters the scene. Bigs and Bluefur introduce themselves to the Rangers. Emma acknowledges the footprint from the park. They inform the Rangers that they have teamed up with Vrak. Hisser begins the attack on the Rangers, who separate against the 3 opponents. The Rangers struggle against the Toxic Mutants. Hisser slimes toxic waste on the Rangers and starts to drain their energy.
As the Rangers are regarding to be defeated, a robotic warrior enters the scene. The warrior introduces himself as Robo Knight, guardian of the Earth. Hisser blasts the slime at Robo Knight, who quickly moves out of the approach. Robo Knight fires the Robo Blast at Hisser. Malkor and Vrak are stunned to see Robo Knight. The Rangers power up and unleash the slime from their suits. The Rangers begin the second round against the Toxic Mutants. Robo Knight transforms the Robo Blade to blade mode. Red Ranger summons the Sky Brothers. The Rangers attack the Sky Zords to the Mega Blasters and fire the Sky Blast attack. The Toxic Mutants come to their lair to recharge. Hisser is successful in attacking Robo Knight, who quickly recovers. Robo Knight uses the Vulcan Headder Card to summon the Vulcan Zord. He attaches the zord to the Robo Blade to create the Vulcan Cannon. The Knight Dynamic attack defeats the monster. The Rangers are stunned to see Robo Knight to use the Power Cards. Vrak uses the Zombats to create the monster grow.
Hisser transforms into a tank mode. Robo Knight uses the Groundion Change Card to rework into the Lion Zord. The new zord rams into the monster. The Rangers watch as Lion Zord transforms into the Lion Mechazord. Hisser blasts Lion Mechazord, but all of his efforts fail. Toxic Mutants are not pleased with Lion Mechazord's success. Lion Mechazord summons the Robo Missiles. The Mechazord defeats Hisser with the Dynamic Charge. Robo Knight transforms back to his warrior kind. The teenagers run towards Robo Knight. Troy welcomes Robo Knight, who walks away. The Toxic Mutants and Vrak prepare for his or her next mission against Robo Knight. Tensou is stunned about the new Ranger. The teenagers head to the Command Center with their new questions. Gosei created Robo Knight to safeguard the Earth's atmosphere. He distilled the qualities of a knight into the robot. Robo Knight has lost a number of his reminiscences over the centuries. He doesn't remember that Gosei created him. Robo Knight desires to relearn on his own.
